Q1. How do I use it?
A1. After opening the Micro Collagen, take out the contents of the Advanced Activating Sphingo Booster and put it in the Micro Collagen bottle to dissolve the collagen. After putting a cone-shaped rubber cap on the Collagen bottle, open the white cap on the pointed part of the rubber cap and apply it to the face while pressing the rubber cap. For instructions on how to use, refer to the product's user manual or detailed page.

Q2. How much Advanced Activating Sphingo Booster should I put in the Collagen bottle?
A2. There are grid lines on the Collagen bottle. As shown in the picture, pour until the end of the grid line.

Q3. How long can I use it?
A3. If you pour the Advanced Activating Sphingo Booster into 1 bottle of Collagen up to the grid line, you can use it for about a week on a daily basis.

Q4. Can lyophilized collagen be stored at room temperature?
A4. Since it is sealed after lyophilizing, it can be stored at room temperature.

Q5. Can men use it?
A5. Collagen management is necessary for both men and women, so men can get smooth and elastic skin if they use it consistently.

Q6. Is Advanced Activating Sphingo Booster the same product as the pink ampoule?

A6. The active ingredients are similar, but the Pink Ampoule is more intensive. Pink Ampoule is used with a roller, while Spingo Booster is used with collagen and has a different formulation.

Q7. What should be the skincare routine like for someone who’s already using pink ampoule with/without skin roller and would like to use this new collagen program?
A7. Roller with pink ampule -> Pink collagen is recommended in this order.
We can recommend to use toner, roller, white collagen, pink collagen, and volumising essence cream in this order.

Q8. Is it suitable for sensitive/eczema skin?
A8. Not suitable for sensitive eczema skin.
It is suitable for dry, undernourished skin and can be used, but due to its high nutrient content, it is recommended to start with half the usual amount.

Q9. How is the scent like? Is there added fragrance?
A9. There is an allergen-free fragrance.

Q10. Can this be used with roller?
A10. No. Rollers is to be used alone or in combination with Pink & Blue ampoules.

Q11. Does this still help with acne concerns?
A11. It depends on the type of acne you have. It's not recommended for hormonal acne, but it can be used for acne caused by oil and water imbalance.

Q12. How long can a bottle be kept for after both ampoules are mixed?
