2. How long do I need to take this product to see effects?
As the experience may vary among individuals, results may vary from 2 weeks up to 3 months. For health supplements, it is recommended to be taken for over 3 months to see visible effects.
3. How many sachet should I take a day?
Take 1 sachet, once a day. With one sachet, you can
consume 1,200mg of brewer's yeast that is 100%
domestic and has high purity. In addition, you can also consume 4 types of minerals and 4 types of black foods that have been blended in a ratio devised by Dr. Esther Yeo.
4. Can pregnant, breastfeeding and lactating ladies consume this product?

10. Is it okay to consume 1,000% of the recommended intake of Biotin?

12. Is this recommended for Muslim’s consumption since it’s obtained after filtering beer?
It depends on how much restriction this Muslim have on food. To explain further about Brewer's yeast, Brewer's yeast is a dried yeast of the genus Saccharomyces that is separated after filtering beer during the beer manufacturing process. (Contains about 40% protein, high in vitamin B and phosphorus).
The product is also manufactured in the same facility as products using pine nuts, eggs (poultry), buckwheat, peanuts, soybeans, wheat, mackerel, crab, shrimp, pork, peaches, tomatoes, sulfite, walnuts, chicken, beef, squid, shellfish (including oysters, abalone, mussels). They should check if this is okay for them before consuming.
13. Is there any beverage or food to avoid when taking this?
Brewer's Yeast Plus is a general food (processed sugar product), and there are no ingredients that restrict intake together with, so you can take it whenever and wherever you need nutrition.
