Dear Ksisters Fam,

Circuit breaker exit: Phase 2 update

In light of the gov’s latest announcement, please be informed that our warehouse has started to operate from 8 May 2020 with minimum workforce with gov exemption approval to dispatch the orders hence there might be a slight delay to the usual delivery schedule.

• Ready stock products will be dispatched by order sequence from 8 May 2020 onwards i.e. 2-3 weeks after order confirmation. Please check our delivery schedule for more updates.
• Preorder products will only be dispatched 5 weeks after order confirmation by order sequence after our QC when shipment arrives at our warehouse. Please check our delivery schedule for more updates.

As of 16 June, we are catching up on the backlog and most likely within June 2020, we will be able to get back to our usual dispatch speed.

Will there be new weekly launches?

Yes, we will be having [Preorder] launch every Thursday until further notice.

Can I still place order at www.ksisters.sg?

Yes, our online store remains open 24/7 and Team Ksisters will still be processing orders from home. Please allow us more time to process your orders and we will do our very best to process them asap.

All online orders made after 6 April 2020 (Monday), 1pm will only be processed when our warehouse resumes operation on 8 May 2020.

Our courier parter is facing an extremely high surge in volume hence a few days delay should be expected.

During this tough time, please bear with us. We thank you for your patience and kind understanding during this extremely difficult period.

Update of our delivery schedule

Rest assure, we are constantly updating the schedule.

As of 16 June 2020, we have finished dispatching orders up till May 3rd week launch (except for some PO items).

Will my emails/fb DM/IG DM be attended to when the office is closed?

Yes, Team Ksisters is still working from home, so if you have any question about your orders or product, feel free to drop us an email to help@ksisters.sg but please do give us up to 3 working days to get back to you. You may also drop us an Facebook DM/Instagram DM for other enquiries.

Return & Exchange duration will be extended to 45 days during this time.

Is self-collection still available?

Sorry dear, for the safety of Team Ksisters, self-collection will be ceased till further notice. Thank you for your kind understanding.
