Q. Do I need to purchase a ticket to attend the pop-up event?
A. No, there is not a need to purchase any ticket. The pop-up event is open to everyone from 20 April - 3 May 2023.
Q. Are there any specific timings recommended to be avoided?
A. We recommend you to drop by our pop-up event outside of these timings below to ensure an enjoyable experience as they may be congested with heavy traffic.
Weekends: 12-2pm, 5-7pm
Q. What can I expect to see at the Hello Summer! pop-up?
A.Besides the launch of the NEW Jung Beauty Probiotics Tinted Sun Serum, feel, try and enjoy the best curation of Ksisters’ best-selling lifestyle and beauty products!
There will also be special activities including:
- Complimentary Skin Analysis with a skin AI analysis machine from Korea (limited slots daily, first come first serve)
- Korean self-photo-taking booth opportunity at Life4cut
- Sure-win Gachapon opportunity (prizes worth up to $35!) with every $60 spent (limited to 5 chances per receipt)
Q. Which products are available for purchase physically at the Hello Summer! pop-up?
A. Over 140+ products from 17 Ksisters brands will be on display at 10% off, with a 15% off launch exclusive for the new Jung Beauty Probiotics Tinted Sun Serum! Please note that these purchases will also not be accumulated to your VIP account.
Q. Are the products purchased at the Hello Summer! pop-up entitled for the VIP 5% discount?
A. No, pop-up purchases will not be accumulated to your VIP account.
Q. Are the products purchased at the Hello Summer! pop-up available for exchange or return?
A. No exchange or return is allowed for pop-up purchases.
Q. Will there be online sales during the pop-up?
A. The Ksisters website will be up and running during the pop-up with all items available for purchase at regular price. However, there will be no VIP opening.
