[Event] Beauty & The Biz / 2nd Edition (16-18 Aug 2019)

OUR BIG HEARTFELT THANK YOU!

Beauty & The Biz has just ended 3 weeks back but till now, it still brings back heartfelt memories and surreal feelings on what just happened!

It's the 2nd edition of Beauty & The Biz, but with our heartfelt gratitude from @ksisters.sg x @sforsavvy, we would still like to say a big THANK YOU to all our participating vendors and supportive customers for taking your precious time over these 3 days' event to join us and make it successful!

[Story Behind Beauty & The Biz]

Beauty & The Biz is an initiative and community founded by Jungmin & Ana to support women-led businesses and for fellow women entrepreneurs to come together. It's purpose is to celebrate the inspiring "Beauties" behind the "Businesses", and create curated events for people to connect with these women entrepreneurs.

This year, Beauty & The Biz holds many special memories to us. Besides new brands joining us (more information below), we had meticulously hand drawn illustrations on leaflets and posters by Pearlyn (@pearlynkmin) from Pearlyn and Paper (@pearlynandpaper). Her designs illustrates what Beauty & The Biz truly wants - for people from all walks of life to come together! Our official photographer partner, All Aflutter SG (@allafluttersg), also snapped precious moments during the event!

This year, Beauty & the Biz - A Sale Extraordinaire was held at School of the Arts Singapore (SOTA) on 16-18 August. Throughout the 3 days, we were truly overwhelmed by the numbers of supportive customers that came down from their precious lunch breaks and weekends just to be with us.

Each brand's vendors also lined up super attractive deals from fashion, accessories, skincare and children play. Did we mention that it was also an exciting shopping moment for the vendors?

It was a happy busy moment as we get to interact with fellow customers, to see new faces, and also an opportunity to catch up with our vendor friends. It is always a reunion gathering! A yearly affair of building up one another, learning and supporting each other! That's exactly the vision that we would like to achieve in Beauty & the Biz each time!

Another reason why Beauty & The Biz is always so meaningful to Jungmin & Ana is that they believe in the vision of giving back to society. Since 2018, Beauty & The Biz has always supported women in need at HCSA Dayspring. Through this event, we are very humbled by everyone in supporting this vision and we are proud to raise $7,950 with everyone's support!

Each year has been a humbling experience for us! Thank you each brand once again for your great support and love in your contributions! We truly appreciate it deeply!
