And we can finally meet our #ksistersfam who have been supporting since the beginning as well as for you to have a touch and feel of our products in real life!
Q. When does online sales start?
A. No, there is not a need to purchase any ticket. The pop-up event is open to everyone from 3 to 11 September.
A. We recommend you to drop by our pop-up event outside of these timings below to ensure an enjoyable experience as they may be congested with heavy traffic.
Weekends: 12-2pm
Q. What can I expect to see at Jung Island?
A. Jung Island will be jam packed with instagram worthy photo spots, celebration of our NEW Jung Beauty eye serum launch along with K-beauty and K-lifestyle brands listed below where you can give it a test or smell.
- K-beauty brands: Jung Beauty, Lavien, OHIOHOO, Pink Wonder
- K-lifestyle brands: Hinok, Cosmic Mansion
- Jung Island exclusive merch
Q. Which products are available for purchase physically at Jung Island?
- Jung Island Tote Bag: Available for redemption only, not for sale
- There will be limited redemptions daily, on first come first served basis.
- Please kindly head down to the event to redeem the Jung Island tote bag and redemption is valid for orders placed at the event only.
- Orders will be shipped via Ninja Van but the tote bag must be taken home on the spot. We will not deliver it with the order.
- Jung Island Cap, Scarf, and Candle: Available for purchase at Jung Island Pop-Up only
- All other Promo Items: Available for purchase online at www.ksisters.sg
All Jung Island Exclusive Merch are not entitled for both Ksisters 5% discount and purchases will not be accumulated to your Ksisters account.
Q. Are the products on promo during this period (3-11 September) entitled for the VIP 5% discount?
A. Yes, all products are applicable except for the Jung Island Merch, which will only be sold at the pop-up. These purchases will also not be accumulated to your VIP account.
Q. Is there self-collection available at Jung Island?
A. There is no self-collection except for Jung Island exclusive merchandise (Jung Island Cap, Scarf, and Candle). Please note that we will not be able to deliver the items purchased at our pop-up.
All purchases made online will be delivered by our courier and unable to be collected at our pop up.
Q. How will walk-in purchases be dispatched?
A. Walk-in purchases will be shipped via normal delivery.
Q. Are the items purchased from the pop-up available for exchange or return?
A. No exchange or return is allowed for pop-up purchases.
