1) Is it suitable for all ages?
All individuals can use this product. From adolescents after puberty when sebum secretion is abundant.
2) Is it suitable for vegan/vegetarian/Muslim use?
Although vegan certification was not carried out, raw materials that are not derived from animals or tested on animals. It has been developed as a prescription.
Please kindly note that the products are manufactured in non-Muslim facilities.
3) Is it safe for pregnant/nursing mothers to use?
The products have undergone skin hypoallergenic test, hence it can be safely used by all skin types.
However, as it is a sensitive period, we would still recommend you to check with your doctor before purchasing.
4) Are there any products/ingredients to avoid?
For example, Vit C, Retinol, etc.
There may be a mild feeling after usage with 3.5% PHA. For hypoallergenic peeling product, after applying to the skin and allowing it to be completely absorbed, if you apply the next step product, you can use it without irritation.
(However, if used with irritating ingredients when they are not fully absorbed, there may be irritation, so make sure they are fully absorbed!)
5) Can I use it around the eyes?
As it contains peeling ingredients, it is recommended to avoid using around the eyes.
6) After opening the bottle, can I take it for travel?
When carrying the product after opening it, Due to leakage issues, it is not recommended.
7) How to use
- Soak a cotton pad with the special care blackhead product and apply it to the blackhead area for 3 to 5 minutes and let the skin absorb it.
* Additional usage tips
- Apply the booster ampoule to a cotton pad or toner pad.
- After sufficiently soaking 1~2ml, place it on the problem area, leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes, and then remove it.
- After completely absorbing the residue without wiping it off,

8) Can this ampoule be used for day and night routine?
Yes, it can be used in the morning and evening.

- Normal skin: Recommended to use 1ml every evening as the first step after washing your face.

9) Can we use this ampoule when we have exfoliating products in our skin care routine?
The booster ampoule must not be used repeatedly after using the exfoliating product. It is not recommended as excessive exfoliation can irritate the skin.
10) Is it suitable for individuals with eczema?
If your skin is super sensitive, I do not recommend using this. Sensitive/problematic skin stop using exfoliation and high functional (whitening, elasticity, wrinkle improvement) products and prioritise moisturizing and soothing care.
11) Can it be used with beauty device?
It is recommended that the you apply the booster ampoule with your hands.
