1. How many times can I use it in a week?
You can use it everyday.

2. At what stage of skin care should it be applied?
Use after cleansing face Or leave it on as sheet mask before applying ampoule / serum.

3. What is the texture like?
Various Toner Pads has different types of sheet and essence. Please refer to our product images for more information.

4. Is it suitable for individuals with rosacea?
Only Tea Tree & Madecassoside is suitable for rosacea. However, it is advisable to check with your doctor on the ingredient list & patch test before using the product as a part of the regular routine.

5. Is it suitable for sensitive/eczema skin?
Recommended toner pads for sensitive skins are tea tree and madeccassioside. As products varies on different skin concerns, it is highly recommended to do patch test.
Products should not be used on broken skin.

6. Is it vegan? Any animal derived ingredients?
It is not prescribed as a vegan formula.
However, the pad material is vegan.

7. Can infants, pregnant or breastfeeding ladies use this product?
For pregnant ladies, it is advise to check with your gynae on the ingredients listed before proceeding with purchase.

For nursing mums, do avoid using Vitamide and Retinol pad. However, always seek with your gynae if there are any queries.

8. Is there a need to apply anything else after using this pad, before touch up?
As part of the skincare routine, it is always recommended to follow by serum and cream for the finishing touches.

9. Can use more than one type in the same routine?
Yes, in fact it’s encouraged. To target different needs at diff areas.

10. Any products to avoid?
For retinol toner pad - Avoid using products containing AHA, BHA, vitamin C, PHA.

It is recommended to review the ingredients list of your skincare products to ensure compatibility.

11. For wear to treat step, how long should we wait before removing?
Similar to sheet mask, it is advisable to put it on for 10-15 mins.

12. Is it suitable for all age groups?
This product is suitable for teens and up. However, it is important to understand the skin concerns and skin types for teenagers according to the use. Avoid using retinol in teenagers.

13. Can these be used near the eyes?
To avoid direct contact with eyes.
