Usage Precautions: Be sure to read the instructions and precautions before usage.
1. Consult a specialist if there are any abnormal symptoms or side effects such as red spots, swelling or itching when using cosmetics or direct sunlight after usage.
2. Refrain from using it on injured areas.
3. Storage and handling: Keep it out of reach of children. Keep it away from direct sunlight.

1. How many times can I use it in a week?
While it is suitable for daily use, since it is a pad, those with sensitive skin may want to use it 2-3 times a week as a special treatment for removing impurities and exfoliating dead skin cells.

2. Is double cleanse required?
It is not actually required since the product itself gives 2 step cleansing which are 1. Gentle facial cleansing and 2. Exfoliation, sebum, and deep pore cleansing.

It can be used as the first step to remove the makeup, but if the makeup is really heavy it might require additional cleansing afterwards.

3. At what stage of my skincare routine should it be applied?
As it is a cleanser, use it at the first step of your skincare routine. You can also use it as a makeup remover.

4. What is the texture like?
It is a cotton pad with dual side: smooth and embossed. The smooth part gently removes the makeup while the embossed part deeply cleanses dead skin cells, sebum, and impurities in pores.

5. What is the scent like?
It has a powdery soap scent.

6. Is this product suitable for people with sensitive skin/ eczema skin/ acne-prone skin and individuals with rosacea?
It has passed a hypoallergenic test and is generally safe for use except for infants and pregnant women. However, if you have sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test on the inner forearm before use or check with your doctor before purchasing.

7. Is it vegan?
It is not a vegan product.

8. Can infants, pregnant or breastfeeding ladies use this product?
Children’s skin is different from adults’ and can react sensitively to ingredients. Because their skin is more delicate, we do not recommend using cleansing pads. Instead, we suggest trying a ‘children’s cleanser’ or a ‘bamboo gel cleanser’ and performing a patch test on the inner wrist before use.
