A specialised hair dye formulated for specific areas to help achieve a more natural look that complements the skin tone of East Asians.  

HOW TO USE

  1. Wash the area you want to dye and make sure it is completely dry. (*for individuals with sensitive skin, we recommend applying Vaseline or lotion to the skin around the treatment area before you proceed)
  2. Cut along the dotted line on the pouch and place it on the lid of the tube cream.
  3. Dispense the cream a 1:1 ratio and mix it thoroughly using the brush or a Q-tip. (*remember to clean the brush after each use as it can be used multiple times)

Q1. How long does the colour last after a single dyeing session?
A1. Based on the average hair growth cycle, the effects of a single dyeing session last for 4 weeks. To prevent hair damage, it is recommended to avoid additional colouring or perming treatments for 4 weeks before and after the procedure.

Q2. Nothing comes out even though I pump.
A2. The first component of the brow colour is designed as an airless tube container without an inner hose. If you use it immediately after receiving it, there may be some initial pumping required due to the contents possibly spreading during transportation. In such cases, gently tap the product cap or squeeze the tube towards the pump to gather the contents towards the pumping side for smoother dispensing.

Q3. The amount of the first component, hair dye, is insufficient!
A3. The first component of the brow colour is contained in an airless tube without an inner hose. The product may appear less filled compared to the container size, but it is actually filled to its full capacity of 20g. It is recommended to use it generously with the second component, an oxidiser, in a 1:1 ratio.

Q4. I followed the instructions, but there was no change in colour.
A4. The application time indicated in the instructions (15-20mins) is an approximate estimate for average hair. However, the actual application time may vary depending on individual factors such as hair volume, thickness, and condition. For thick and dense hair, the application time may need to be extended (up to 30mins), while for thin or damaged hair, the application time should be reduced to achieve the desired colour result.

Q5. How can I adjust the colour on my own?
A5. For the "Brow Colour #Ash Brown", the shade may lighten over time depending on the duration of application. The colour typically starts to change after approximately 15mins. To assess the initial colour, we recommend using the included brush to wipe off after 15mins. If you desire a more intense colour, you can reapply the product and leave it on until you achieve your desired colour.
*Please make sure that the application time does not exceed 30mins

Q6. Can I use it on sensitive skin?
A6. It has undergone skin irritation tests, considering even sensitive skin. We recommend applying Vaseline or cream to the hairline before use to minimise irritation. However, individual variations may exist in skin irritation, and allergic reactions to certain ingredients, so we recommend performing a patch test before use. If any abnormalities occur during use, please discontinue use immediately.

Q7. Can pregnant or breastfeeding women use it?
A7. This product has undergone skin irritation testing. However, we recommend avoiding its use during sensitive periods due to its dye content. If you still choose to use it, please refer to the detailed ingredient list on the product page and consult with a specialist. If you experience any adverse reactions, stop using it immediately.
