We recommend at least 2kg (ideally 6kg!) of laundry load for 1 capsule.

If your laundry load is less than 6kg, we recommend you to increase the water volume, or do a second rinse after washing with L:MOT capsule detergent.

If your laundry load is more than 6kg, kindly use 2 capsules.

Emergency measures:
1. If the detergent comes into contact with your mouth, rinse your mouth and face with water.

2. If the contents are eaten or swallowed, take emergency measures and consult a doctor immediately.

3. If medical attention is required, show product container or label information.

4.If a skin irritation reaction or red spots appear, seek medical attention.

Precautions:
1. Do not use for purposes other than washing.
2. Use only on clothes that can be machine washed, and be sure to check the quality label and handling instructions attached to the clothes before washing.
3. When using on clothes that may cause discolouration, check the presence of discolouration in an inconspicuous area before use.
4. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature, high humidity, and store at room temperature in winter.
5. After use, keep the lid closed to avoid moisture.
6. Always keep containers sealed.
7. Make sure children don’t swallow.
8. Keep out of reach of children.

10. Put the product into the washing tub first and then load the laundry. If the product does not come into contact with water well, film residue may remain.
11. Do not hold the product with wet hands.
12. Do not cut or throw the product.
13. If the capsules are stuck together, do not force them apart.
14. People with sensitive or damaged skin should avoid prolonged contact with the product.
15. When using in a closed space, ensure sufficient ventilation.

Q1. Is one capsule enough to do clean laundry?
A1.Yes, LMOT All-in-One Capsule Detergent is an ultra-concentrated detergent that has been verified for its excellent cleaning power through an accredited and certified institute. You can wash up to 6 kg of laundry with one capsule. If the amount of laundry exceeds that amount, add an additional capsule.

Q2. Do I need to use fabric softener separately?
A2. LMOT All-in-One Capsule Detergent includes a fabric protection effect, so you don’t have to use a fabric softener separately. However, if you want a higher fabric softening effect, you can use it additionally.

Q3. Can it be washed in cold water?
A3. Yes, the product is packaged in a 100% water-soluble film that dissolves well in water, so you can use it conveniently regardless of the water temperature. It’s 99% disinfection power works even in cold water (9˚C).

Q4. Does the product have an expiration date?
A4.The manufacturing date (production year) is written at the bottom of the product package. It is recommended to use it within 2 years of manufacturing.

Q5. I'm worried the capsule might burst.
A5. The capsule is specially processed in a high-quality domestic production facility, and boasts strong durability that does not burst even when pressed with a weight of 15 kg. Even if you drop it on the floor, it does not burst and retains its original shape, so use it without any worries.
(Do not intentionally cut with scissors or pierce with a sharp awl.)

Q6. Can baby clothes be washed?
A6. The capsule is free of 10 types of harmful ingredients such as fluorescent brightening agent, humidifier disinfectant, and microplastics, so it can be used to wash baby clothes. However, it is not recommended for use when washing clothes that are sensitive to fragrance and require fragrance-free products.
