Q1. How is it different from the existing roller?
A1. The number and length of the melting essence chips have changed. The number of micro melting chips has increased from 3,000 to 4,000, and the length of the chips has increased from 250μm to 300μm. In addition, the handle design has been renewed to make roller replacement easier and improve grip.
Q2. Does it cause skin irritation?
A2. Although the length and number of essence chips have increased, the touch on the skin has become softer. If you have used the existing roller, you’ll find the upgraded one easier to use.
Q3. How can I replace the roller?
A3. After opening the foil of the protective case, press the button on the left side of the handle. Next, insert the roller to the handle without removing it from the case. (Refer to image)
Q4. How often should I use it?
A4. It depends on the individual's skin condition, but we recommend using it once or twice a week.
Q5. Is the existing roller compatible with the new handle?
A5. In the case of the renewed 4000 Micro Shot Skin Roller, the number of melting chips has increased, so it cannot be attached on the existing handle. In addition, you cannot attach the existing roller on the renewed handle as well. Please understand that the existing products and the upgraded products are not compatible with each other.
Q6. How do you use it?
- Clean your face with a toner
- Insert the roller onto the handle. Be careful not to touch the roller with your hands (it is a product that is used to roll against the skin and has been sterilized).
- Roll it 3 times horizontally, vertically and diagonally until ampoule is fully absorbed.
- After rolling, you can apply any ampoule of your choice on your face and continue to roll again until ampoule is fully absorbed.
- Finish up with any cream or moisturiser of your choice.
Q7. How long can I use the roller after opening it?
A7. The roller (head) is a one time usage product. Please use the product immediately after opening and discard after usage.
Q8. Is it suitable for all age groups?
A8. We recommend for use adult age groups
Q9. Is it suitable for sensitive/eczema skin?
A9. It is safe and less irritating as it is melting type, but we recommend to avoid those one who has dermatitis or active acne skin type.
Q10. Is it suitable for individual with rosacea?
A10.Please avoid using where the rosacea is.
Q11. Is it safe for pregnancy & breast feeding mother's?
A11. Pregnancy & breast-feeding mothers could use as it is melting type needle and safe ingredients. It is also less irritation.
