Q1: Can I use it everyday?
A1: Yes, you can. Use it after skin care in the morning/evening. When using vitamin C for the first time, it is recommended that you give some time for your skin to adapt. Please use it gradually in the morning/evening in the following order: Once every 3 days > Once every 2 days > Once a day.

Q2: How should I store it?
A2: In order to maintain the freshness of the vitamin C ampoule, we recommend that you store away from heated places or direct sunlight.

Q3: What are the white crystals that form on the container after use?
A3: They are vitamin C. Due to the nature of pure vitamin C, white crystals (white powder) may form if the contents get on the container.

Q4: If I have sensitive skin, will my skin sting after applying vitamin C?
A4: There are individual differences depending on the skin. However, to find the right amount of vitamin C, we tested it by concentration rate, and it has been tested for hypoallergenic human application by a clinical institution. If you
are using a vitamin C product for the first time, we recommend that you gradually increase the number of use so that your skin can adapt to vitamin C.

Q5: How much product to use?
A5: A few drops each time, to start with 1 drop to test out on the skin first.

Q6: How long can 1 box last?
A6: 1 Box last about 3-4 months, 1 bottle lasts about 3 weeks to a month depending on usage.
