Q1. What is the optimal product usage cycle.
A1. Any type of skin can feel pore contraction, pore depth and volume improvement when used 2 to 3 times a week. (Completed clinical testing)

Q2. Can sensitive skin be used as well?
A2. Yes. Apply enough base such as "Jojoba oil" and remove the mask before it dries (within 10 minutes).

Q3. Is it suitable for all age groups?
A3. It is recommended for use over the age of 14.

Q4. Is it suitable for sensitive/eczema skin?
A4. For sensitive skin, it is recommended to use a clay fit mask after using jojoba oil as a base or contains soothing ingredients such as allantoin, panthenol, and mugwort that are good for skin soothing.

Q5. Is it suitable for individuals with rosacea?
A5. It can be used, but since it is sensitive skin, it is recommended to apply enough base before use.

Q6. Is it vegan? Any animal derived ingredients/cruelty-free?

Q11. At which step of skincare should I put on the mask? Do I apply my usual skincare before or after the mask since I need to apply a “base”?

Q12. Since the mask has exfoliating properties, can it be used with other exfoliating/peeling products, Vitamin C products, Retinol?
A12. It is difficult to recommend because testing is difficult when using other products other than Pink Wonder's products.
