1. How many times can I use it in a week?
It is suitable for daily use.

2. At what stage of skin care should it be applied?

Use it after applying serum. Depending on your skin condition, applying a thick layer of cream after using a mask can help restore skin condition.

3. Can pregnant or breastfeeding ladies use this product?
As it is a sensitive period, we would still recommend you to test the product on your wrist before using it or check with your doctor before purchasing.

4. Is it suitable for all age groups?
It is suitable for all age groups.

5. Is it vegan? Any animal derived ingredients?
This product is not vegan formula.

6. Does this cream help to heal/control/reduce breakouts and excess oil?
It is not a product that helps with acne care.

7. Can this help with sun burnt skin?
Effective for soothing the skin, although it may be challenging to care for superficial melanin on tanned skin, it helps with skin soothing and barrier care.

8. Can it be applied around the eyes?
It can be applied all over the face without irritation and is absorbed into the skin. However, like all cosmetics, it may cause irritation if it gets into your eyes, so gently spread it, avoiding the eye area.

9. Does the Vitamin C in Alfalfa Sprout Extract help with whitening/brightening benefit?
Alfalfa sprout extract is rich in antioxidants, including vitamins A and C, and various mineral components. It is more helpful for providing moisture and nutrition to the skin rather than offering an immediate whitening effect.

You can use it everyday.

The recommended duration for the usage is about 40 min, but you can also put it on for more than 2 hours.

3. Can pregnant or breastfeeding ladies use this product.
This product is safe for both pregnant and breastfeeding ladies usage. It has passed the hypoallergenic test and contains very mild ingredients.

However, as it is a sensitive period, we would still recommend you to check with your doctor before purchasing.

4. Is this product suitable for people with sensitive skin or those with eczema skin?
Yes it is suitable. However, it is recommended to use the remaining eye part of the mask to test on your wrist before using it or check with your doctor before using or purchase.

5. Is it suitable for all age groups?
It is suitable for all ages. However, it is recommended for children to use the eye part of the mask to test on their wrist before using it.

6. Is it vegan? Any animal derived ingredients?
The headquarters have applied for vegan certification of our product's ingredients, but the process has not been completed yet.

7. Will the mask dissolve or do I still have to peel it off?
No the mask does not dissolve, instead it will turn from opaque light green colour to translucent colour. After that, please remove the mask just like usual mask sheets.

8. Will there be essence dripping from this mask (like other masks)?
There will be minimal essence dripping from the mask.

9. If the mask does not turn translucent after 40mins, do we remove or wait till it turns?
The usage time varies among individuals so it is perfectly fine to use it beyond 40 minutes. You can even use it as an overnight mask.

If it's not fully translucent, it means that the essence in the mask is not fully absorbed. For some users, the absorption rate is faster than the average because their skin is drier than others.

If the customer feels that it is enough then she/he can remove it. The recommended duration for the usage is about 40 min, but you can also put it on for more than 2 hours.

10. Is it suitable for individual with rosacea?
The product has been tested and proven to be hypoallergenic.

However, for safety precautions, it is recommended to do a test patch by using the the eye part of the mask on the inside of your forearm before using it.

11. How is the scent like? Is there added fragrance?
The scent of the product is almost fragrance-free, but it does contain a hint of citrus and green tea fragrance, which is also allergen-free.

12. Is there a need to apply skincare after this?
We usually recommend using the mask as the last step of your routine. However, there is no fixed skincare routine.

If the customers feel that they need extra care, they can continue to apply other skincare items in their routine. However, we do recommend not to add too many steps in your routine.

13. Can I keep the mask in the fridge?
Yes, you can. It is recommended to store the product in the refrigerator less than 15 minutes before using it.

The Gel Mask is a type of mask that doesn't have a rigid structure, so its size can shrink or expand due to temperature variations. It's possible that the size of the mask could change if it was stored in the refrigerator for a long time before use

14. Does the mask have any cooling sensation when put on?
There is no cooling sensation when you put on the mask. If you would like to have a cool effect, you can store the mask in the fridge before usage.

It is recommended to store the product in the refrigerator less than 15 minutes before using it.

15. Can it be left on overnight?
Yes, it can be used as an overnight mask. LUVUM founder often uses it as an overnight mask. However, if you have sensitive skin, we do recommend you to use up till 2 hours on the actual day.

16. How does the skin feel after removing? Is there moisture that needs to be pat in?
Your skin should feel more moisturised, brighter and elastic after usage. For remaining essence, please pat in gently onto your skin.

17. Can I use LED device over the mask?
Yes you can. However, please kindly ensure that the mask is completely stuck to your skin before using the device for 3-5mins!

18. How long should I use the mask to see significant improvement in my skin?
It is recommended for a regular use of 4 weeks to see the full results.
