1. How many times can I use it in a week?
It can be used daily

2. At what stage of skin care should it be applied?
You can use it as a convenient moisturising pack instead of a toner during your skincare routine. Simply utilise it by applying it generously to your skin for added hydration.

3. What is the texture like?
It has a light and moisturising texture, full of hydration.

4. What is the scent like?
The scent is fragrance-free.

5. Is it suitable for individuals with rosacea?
It has passed skin irritation tests and can be used without causing irritation.

6. Is it vegan? Any animal derived ingredients?
It is not a vegan formula.

7. Can infants, pregnant or breastfeeding ladies use this product?
For pregnant women, as this is a sensitive period due to hormonal changes, it is recommended to consult your doctor before use, as individual differences may occur.

8. Is there a need to apply anything else after using this pad, before touch up?
If used during the skincare routine, you can use it as a substitute for toner, followed by serum and cream for the finishing touches.

9. Can this be used near eyes?
It can be used around the eyes, but if it gets into the eyes, the essence may cause temporary irritation. Please be careful when applying near the eyes.

10. Can it exfoliate with AHA or BHA?
Our pads do not contain peeling ingredients like AHA (for dry/combination skin) or BHA (for oily/acne-prone skin), so they may not fully remove dead skin cells and impurities. However, produced with embossing and pure cotton, our pads can tidy up the skin texture and recharge moisture

11. Does it have less essence compared to other products? Is it defective?
Each is produced with the same amount of essence, but the pads may absorb all the essence during shipping, making it seem less. As you use the pads, you will feel the absorbed essence making the pads moist, not rough.

Q. Can I use it both morning and evening?
A. Yes. As it is a brightening functional product, you can feel faster results when you use it morning and evening.

Q. When using (pumping), the base and capsules do not always come out in the same ratio.
A. By the time you almost use up the serum, the amount of serum and capsules left may not be the same. Since the serum and capsules each have powerful brightening effects, try to use them all up.

Q. How many % of vitamin C and retinol is inside the vita c serum?
A. Luvum's vitamins deliver their benefits through an encapsulation technology designed to deeply absorb into the skin without irritation. The content of the two components is 0.0001%.

Q. I have sensitive skin. Can I still use it?
A. It has completed the sensitive skin irritation test
and was determined to be non-irritating, so you can use it without any worries.

Q. I am pregnant. Can I use it?
A. Although it doesn’t include harmful ingredients, please consult your doctor before use since pregnancy is a time when hormonal changes and skin becomes sensitive.

Q. Can this be applied around the eyes?
A. It can be used around the delicate and sensitive eye area without irritation.

Q. As it is generally recommended to avoid using Retinol & Vitamin C products in the same sitting, is it still safe to use this serum?
A. If you don't have excessively dry or inflamed skin, it's generally fine to use the product as long as it doesn't contain a high concentration of active ingredients. For sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test on a small area before use.

A. It has a citrusy yuzu scent.

Q. Is this suitable for teens?
A. It can be used by teenagers without irritation.

Q. Is this recommended for skin conditions such as rosacea/melasma?
A. Yuzu capsule serum is effective for improving freckles and spots, but for conditions like rosacea, which involve recurrent redness, please perform a patch test on a small area before use.

You can use it everyday.

2. At what stage of skin care should it be applied?

We recommend using it as a substitute for sleeping packs in the final step of your skincare routine before going to bed.

3. What is the recommended duration of mask application?
The recommended duration for the usage is about 30 min, but usage time can be adjusted based on the individual.

4. Can pregnant or breastfeeding ladies use this product?
This is a mild formula blended with ingredients that pregnant women and moms can use with confidence.

As it is also a sensitive period, we would still recommend you to test the product on your wrist before using it or check with your doctor before purchasing.

5. Is this product suitable for people with sensitive skin, rosacea or eczema skin?
It can be used on sensitive skin with its gentle formula.

6. Is it suitable for all age groups?
It is suitable for all ages. However, it is recommended for children to use the eye part of the mask to test on their wrist before using it.

7. Is it vegan? Any animal derived ingredients?
This product is not vegan.

8. Will the mask dissolve or do I still have to peel it off?
No the mask does not dissolve, instead it will turn from opaque light yellow colour to translucent colour. After that, please remove the mask just like usual mask sheets.

9. Will there be essence dripping from this mask (like other masks)?
There will be minimal essence dripping from the mask.

10. If the mask does not turn translucent after 30mins, do we remove or wait till it turns?
The usage time varies among individuals so it is perfectly fine to use it beyond 30 minutes. You can even use it as an overnight mask.

If it's not fully translucent, it means that the essence in the mask is not fully absorbed. For some users, the absorption rate is faster than the average because their skin is drier than others.

If the customer feels that it is enough then she/he can remove it. The recommended duration for the usage is about 30 min, but usage time can be adjusted based on the individual.

11. What is the scent like? Is there added fragrance?
It features a refreshing and sweet citrus scent infused with yuzu fragrance.

12. Is there a need to apply skincare after this?
We usually recommend using the mask as the last step of your routine. However, there is no fixed skincare routine.

If the customers feel that they need extra care, they can continue to apply other skincare items in their routine. However, we do recommend not to add too many steps in your routine.

13. Can I keep the mask in the fridge?
Yes, you can. It is recommended to store the product in the refrigerator less than 15 minutes before using it.

The Gel Mask is a type of mask that doesn't have a rigid structure, so its size can shrink or expand due to temperature variations. It's possible that the size of the mask could change if it was stored in the refrigerator for a long time before use

14. Does the mask have any cooling sensation when put on?
Yes, there is.

15. Can it be left overnight?
Yes, it can be used as an overnight mask. LUVUM's founder often uses it as an overnight mask. However, if you have sensitive skin, we do recommend you to use up till 2 hours on the actual day.

16. How does the skin feel after removing? Is there moisture that needs to be patted in?
Your skin should feel more moisturised, brighter and elastic after usage. For remaining essence, please pat in gently onto your skin.

17. Can I use an LED device over the mask?
Yes you can. However, please kindly ensure that the mask is completely stuck to your skin before using the device for 3-5mins!

18. How long should I use the mask to see significant improvement in my skin?
It is recommended for a regular use of 4 weeks to see the full results however, results do differ for individuals.
