Usage Precautions: Be sure to read the instructions and precautions before usage.
1. Consult a specialist if there are any abnormal symptoms or side effects such as red spots, swelling or itching when using cosmetics or direct sunlight after usage.
2. Refrain from using it on injured areas.
3. Storage and handling: Keep it out of reach of children. Keep it away from direct sunlight.
4. In the process of hardening collagen into a thin layer, the Gel Mask may be folded or torn.
This does not mean that there's a problem with the product.
5. The packaging material of the Gel Mask is made of paper, and when stored in the refrigerator, moisture caused by the temperature difference may cause the packaging material to wrinkle or bloat.

The Gel Mask is a type of mask that does not have a rigid structure, so its size can shrink or expand due to temperature variations. It's possible that the size of the mask could change if it was stored in the refrigerator for a long time before use.

It is recommended to store the product in the refrigerator less than 15 minutes before using it.

1. How many times can I use it in a week?
You can use it everyday.

2. What is the recommended duration of mask application?
The recommended duration for the usage is about 40 min, but you can also put it on for more than 2 hours.

3. Can pregnant or breastfeeding ladies use this product.
This product is safe for both pregnant and breastfeeding ladies usage. It has passed the hypoallergenic test and contains very mild ingredients.

However, as it is a sensitive period, we would still recommend you to check with your doctor before purchasing.

4. Is this product suitable for people with sensitive skin or those with eczema skin?
Yes it is suitable. However, it is recommended to use the remaining eye part of the mask to test on your wrist before using it or check with your doctor before using or purchase.

5. Is it suitable for all age groups?
It is suitable for all ages. However, it is recommended for children to use the eye part of the mask to test on their wrist before using it.

6. Is it vegan? Any animal derived ingredients?
Although most of the ingredients are vegan but not vegan certified, not all of them are vegan. Also, there are no animal derived ingredients in this product.

7. Will the mask dissolve or do I still have to peel it off?
No the mask does not dissolve, instead it will turn from opaque lavender colour to translucent colour. After that, please remove the mask just like usual mask sheets.

8. Will there be essence dripping from this mask (like other masks)?
There will be minimal essence dripping from the mask.

9. If the mask does not turn translucent after 40mins, do we remove or wait till it turns?
The usage time varies among individuals so it is perfectly fine to use it beyond 40 minutes. You can even use it as an overnight mask.

If it's not fully translucent, it means that the essence in the mask is not fully absorbed. For some users, the absorption rate is faster than the average because their skin is drier than others.

If the customer feels that it is enough then she/he can remove it. The recommended duration for the usage is about 40 min, but you can also put it on for more than 2 hours.

10. Is it suitable for individual with rosacea?
The product has been tested and proven to be hypoallergenic, and therefore clinically there is no problem for the person with rosacea to use the product.

However, for safety precautions, it is recommended to do a test patch by using the leftover (the eye part) part of the mask on the inside of your forearm before using it.

11. How is the scent like? Is there added fragrance?
Minimal floral scent has been added to balance out the scent of the natural collagen, which the Korean HQ has been receiving various negative feedback from customers during the test phase. The scent has also been proven to be hypoallergenic.

The scent is also very subtle, so it shouldn't be too much of an issue for individuals who don't like the artificial scent.

12. Is there a need to apply skincare after this?
We usually recommend using the mask as the last step of your routine. However, there is no fixed skincare routine.

If the customers feel that they need extra care, they can continue to apply other skincare items in their routine. However, we do recommend not to add too many steps in your routine.

13. Can I keep the mask in the fridge?
Yes, you can. It is recommended to store the product in the refrigerator less than 15 minutes before using it.

14. Does the mask have any cooling sensation when put on?
There is no cooling sensation when you put on the mask. If you would like to have a cool effect, you can store the mask in the fridge before usage.

15. Can it be left on overnight?
Yes, it can be used as an overnight mask. LUVUM founder often uses it as an overnight mask. However, if you have sensitive skin, we do recommend you to use up till 2 hours on the actual day.

16. How does the skin feel after removing? Is there moisture that needs to be pat in?
Your skin should feel more moisturised, brighter and elastic after usage. For remaining essence, please pat in gently onto your skin.

17. Can I use LED device over the mask?
Yes you can. However, please kindly ensure that the mask is completely stuck to your skin before using the device for 3-5mins!

18. How long should I use the mask to see significant improvement in my skin?
It is recommended for a regular use of 4 weeks to see the full results.
